When will I receive my order? How long does the delivery take?

If the purchased item was in stock at the time of your order, it will be shipped no later than the next business day after we receive your payment (the same applies to cash on delivery).

If the item (or part of the item) was not in stock when ordered, we will send it to you within the timeframe indicated for the specific product on our e-shop at the time of your order. This information can also be found in the Order Confirmation email sent to you.

Delivery time: 2-6 business days (depending on the country of delivery).

If you encounter any issues with paying for your order, please contact us via email at info@barebarics.sk

If your payment through the payment gateway was unsuccessful, there is no need to create a new order. Please contact customer service immediately.
